“I want my company to become an inspiration and an example to other women. This type of business is not easy, especially for women, as they do not mix business and politics.” – Itweva Nogueira

As women entrepreneurs, there is always a challenge trying to get some kind of balance between life and work. And in the legal world, that challenge can be even greater. In business, having a good source of legal advice is essential in order to deal effectively with all the challenges that present themselves along the journey. Asked how she started her company, she revealed to a news portal that although she did not come from an entrepreneurial background, she was inspired by working in compliance with the law. According to her, “I want to make this law firm a reference point for national and international companies operating in and with Angola.”

Itweva Nogueira is a lawyer with seven years’ post-qualified experience, and the founding partner of I.N Law Firm. She has major experience in commercial law, as well in labor, tax and investment law.
