Wendy Shay is in her second year as a musician and top performer in the Ghanaian entertainment industry. Her manager took to the opportunity to thank her for not giving up when the industry seemed tough for both of them. He described his work with Wendy as a huge success even after only two years of managing her.
“Two years ago, I was in Sweden when I heard about Ebony’s demise. I wanted to find a job in Sweden and not return to Ghana. The only thing that motivated me to stay in the music industry was one lady who ready to quit nursing in Germany and relocate to do music in Ghana, only if I will manage her,” Bullet revealed.
News about Wendy’s music debut began circulating when she penetrated the airwaves with her ‘Uber Driver’ single. She has gone on to make other hit songs such as Shay On You, Kut It, Most High, Stevie Wonder, Masakra, among others.
The sensational musician has been in the news for all the right and wrong reasons but she says it only motivates her to do better and come out as the best.
Wendy graced many entertainment concerts and shows, and has always proven to be a star entertainer, giving her fans something to always talk about.
Bullet in his earlier post went on to say that, “Wendy’s project was a make or break for me and my label. She was next after Ebony, if she blows, Rufftown records blows…” For sure, the songstress never disappoints and keeps making her record label proud, and even giving room for other artistes to also be signed onto the label.
Fans took the opportunity to congratulate the songstress on her feat while wishing her many more years for her music career.
Meanwhile, Wendy recently made it to number ten on the Oseikrom Top 10 music chart organised by Luv 99.5FM. She was the only female artiste to make it to that chart with her new single, ‘Emergency’. We wish her well in the coming years.
